Our county is planning to remove our foster daughter, who came to us when she was seven months and is now almost seven years old. Her bio-fam situation is objectively dangerous. The county does not care.

There is a lot I am leaving out, but if you looking to change your diet, start with changing your appetite and portion control BEFORE changing what you eat. In my experience, you're body will not fight back against smaller portions and eating less as much as it will when changing foods.

Yesterday, five-year-old Liam and his dad Adrian were released from Dilley detention center. I picked them up last night and escorted them back to Minnesota this morning.
