I suspect this comes from the courts saying its illegal for police to take photos of people they have decided they want to talk to but have not arrested or charged.

I think it was mainly Maori youth who were targeted in this way.

We certainly wouldn't need to borrow to "meet day-to-day costs" if you postponed the tax cuts until a time the economy is in better shape. To not do so shows the National led government is fiscally reckless.

Any household that has to borrow to cover day to day costs is in serious trouble. Surely this should be an indicator to you that your proposed tax cuts are simply unaffordable in today's economy.

$400-450 /mth + a firewood bill. Only 3 of us but a large house with 2 hot water cylinders. That's keeping about 2 bedrooms and living area warm for periods of time. Fire is good for living area but it has to be warmed with heaters first. Also have a pool but don't run it in winter. Too expensive.
