I thought I had found one decent use of AI: I was able to program my Govee Christmas lights by giving a description of what I wanted. It worked just fine. Then I thought about it and realized: their app is convoluted, but I'd be giving up the opportunity to FIGURE IT OUT. That's a valuable skill!
I don't care if you think that AI can do some really nifty things. It's being rammed down our throats by obscenely wealthy men who are also, obviously, both dangerously right-wing and mentally unstable, and no rational society should be allowing that to happen. End of discussion.

Went to an A's game as a kid and a guy in a Twins uni signed my ticket, but I figured he was a bat boy based on his outfit (don't remember exactly what he was wearing). Looked at the ticket years later and went oh, this signature very clearly says "Matt Lawton"

I would think a sound bargain bin strategy for the Giants would be to target pitchers that have struggled with home runs since the ballpark can help mitigate that issue. Some interesting names on the HR/9 list:
