Just heard ICE kidnapped 17 people from Jeffersonville, a town of fewer than 800 people ten minutes north of me.

Update: I do not bake so I asked my mother if baking powder (which the cornbread recipe called for) was the same as baking soda (which we have).
She said yes, they are the same.

This is a good joke, but also actually correct in a way. SSRI treatment isn't supposed to be a replacement for basic human necessities of life. It can't do its job if you're starving, homeless, socially isolated, and/or struggling to survive. If that's your primary issue no medication can compensate
can’t tell if my antidepressants aren’t working or if they just weren’t built for this. like, zoloft was introduced in the 90s it barely needed to work then. if you got sad you could just buy a house.
