A little talked about symptom of ADHD is Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD).
This is an intense feeling that everyone hates you.
RSD comes in waves, and does not require events to trigger it. You can be walking along with friends having a great time and suddenly you feel an outsider.

honestly the fact that brad bird directed this music video doesn’t shock me that all that much. he was the creative consultant for years.
