TBH I wouldn't call "Mutant Mayhem" a favorite of mine - I don't know if it's because of the changes it made to the lore or if cause I'm just not *that* into TMNT - but the film has legit one of my favorite iterations of the turtles.

I appreciate how they actually sound and act like real teenagers.

Honestly, while I wouldn't call "Mutant Mayhem" a favorite, the film genuinely has one of my favorite iterations of the Ninja Turtles. Like, I appreciate that they actually act and sound like teenagers, complete with very naturalistic interactions and dialogue.

That's why I don't like to boil down every criticism of a female character as "misogyny."

Maybe I'm being delusional, especially since sexism IS a major issue among many fandoms, but I WANT to believe people's concerns for women characters aren't strictly rooted in a disdain for women in general.

Maybe it's just me, but I always like to avoid spoilers and especially leaks whenever possible. It's more fun to go into a new game or a movie as blind as possible.
