Eg snakkar ikkje så mykje jobb her, men me prøvar å få tak i flinke folk til Dynamics-satsing. Det er tydelegvis marknaden litt støvsugd for, så om nokon kjenner folk som vil jobbe ein kul plass, bidra til bra ting, og ha ein veldig fleksibel arbeidskvardag så send dei hit!

If someone says «globalist elites» in 2025, I just assume they’re antisemitic.

They could potentially be ignorant of the dog-whistle, but then… can they have an insightful analysis on current events? 😬

It's wild how bad XML CDATA is. Ooh text that doesn't need to be escaped, sounds fantastic! But CDATA can't include the string "]]>" and can't be nested. Hard to design a more useless feature than that

One thing I have always admired about the trans community at large is that they will gladly rip to shreds another trans person for racism or something. But they will call them a fucking fascist asshole while never misgendering or dead naming them.

GOOD NEWS! Researchers have developed a cancer vaccine that has shown STUNNING results, PREVENTING up to 88% of MULTIPLE aggressive cancers by harnessing dual-pathway nanoparticles that train the immune system to recognize and destroy tumor cells. In some cases, it COMPLETELY prevented metastasis.

A bunch of talks yesterday name-dropped Lustre which is so surreal, super wild for folks to just be talking about Your Thing ™️ in the middle of a talk.

We're only 18 stars off of 1.9k and I'm desperately trying to get 2k before the end of the year. 🥺👉👈

Y’all know this is true right? 😆 Mathematics isn’t empirical, so how could it follow the scientific method?

It’s critical to science but, like logic, isn’t science. It’s a *building block* of science.

mRNA vaccines is the coolest medical technology I’ve seen in my lifetime. It just keeps on enabling more and more medical treatments, beyond merely providing resistance to infectious dieases.
GOOD NEWS! Researchers have developed a new mRNA vaccine that has been shown to suppress abnormal blood vessel growth in the retina, offering hope to MILLIONS of patients with age-related vision loss. The vaccine triggered strong antibody responses that REDUCED retinal damage by UP TO 85%.

Tax hot take—capital gains should be deemed realized whenever someone uses the asset as collateral. The idea that we can’t tax ‘mere’ share ownership because the gains are unrealized stops making sense when you get to take a loan out again them.

One really core piece of dismantling Trumpism that I never see discussed is totally rethinking how we do education

Not in a glib "lol voters are dumb" sense, either. It used to be taken as given that democracy required actively engineering a democratic polity, and the system right now clearly fails

Can someone explain to me, in simple words, why cishets care so much about height
And if you're a cishet man below 6'0", you receive a fraction of the engagement, so the incentives to lie about height are outrageous.

Women of course report the liars, who are then banned. A miserable arms race.
