what I think the DSA generally gets wrong is that the Democratic Party should be more than just something we are officially part of but don’t actually care about but that democratic socialists can and should become a powerful faction with actual influence within it

The simple fact of the matter is judges cannot have "sincerely held religious beliefs" in their duties because they are AGENTS OF THE STATE. If you cannot accept that you cannot preform your duties and should be removed. Period.
