Not true on either count. Look around at No Kings marches at the number of grey-hairs. A lot of us were the student activists of the '60s-70s; some are Vietnam-era vets. We're still at it.

1/The law requires a judicial warrant based on probable cause signed by a judge to enter a home or private area in a biz (not an administrative one signed by an “immigration authority” ie a DHS employee). This is clearly unlawful conduct. ICE can’t change the law just because it doesn’t like it.

Authorizing training even ICE to break into your home whenever they want!!!
Chillingly, the whistleblower says that ICE trainers were directed (no paper trail?) to train all of ICE's new recruits that these administrative warrants authorize breaking into peoples' homes, even though DHS's own training materials still make clear that's illegal!
