Federal Appeals court has upheld a $1M penalty against the orange felon and his MAGA loyalist Alina Habba after filing a frivolous lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and James Comey.

His bid to reinstate his bullshit 2022 lawsuit against them was also rejected.

So much losing. 🍷

Carney: We know that this decades-long process of our ever-closer economic relationship between Canada and the US has ended. And as a consequence of that, many of our strengths have become our vulnerabilities, particularly in those industries that are most tightly integrated with the US….

If telling the troops not to follow illegal orders is “sedition,” what do we call colluding with the Kremlin to manipulate the U.S. President into advancing Russian interests over America’s?

When you repurpose anti-terrorism, anti-lone-wolf FBI agents to attend to immigrant deportations, and redacting Epstein files, it creates an environment of mayhem and danger.

This whole thing is so sad. @lawrenceodonnelljr.bsky.social covered it with compassion. Why doesn’t Trump’s family intervene?

The statistics today on indictments for child trafficking being down due to ICE, as well as the number of children rescued being down like 28% makes the vile ICE even more despicable.

They aren’t making America safe, they are terrorizing it. As a Canadian I will never visit again until he is gone

Trump administration: Our solution to reducing crime is to send in the National Guard.

Two National Guard soldiers get shot near the white house.

Trump administration: Oh shit, it's not working, let's send in 500 more troops. 👇🏾

President Trump's ongoing attempts to use the military for law enforcement endangers public safety and our rights.

Tell your Senator to co-sponsor a bill that will limit domestic military deployments and enhance oversight.
Congress: U.S. Troops are Not the President's Personal Police Force
Military troops do not belong on our streets and should never be used to police civilians. The Senate must protect our freedoms and pass the Military in Law Enforcement Accountability Act now.

Sad. These poor soldiers should have been home, with their families on Thanksgiving, not picking up garbage and landscaping in DC. How humiliating. We should hold Trump accountable for this.

Send them all home, NOW!

Remember: The recipe for economic growth isn’t tax cuts for the rich. It’s investment in our people — in health care, infrastructure and education — to build a strong middle class.

You don't grow the economy through trickle-down nonsense.

Being among the first interrogated and ultimately fired by DOGE, I certainly felt we were facing the business end of a right-wing conspiracy theory 🧵
DOGE was not a money-saving effort. It was an effort to chase down and prove right-wing conspiracy theories. They went after USAID to prove conspiracy theories about foreign aid. Then they went after SSA to, again, pursue conspiracy theories about Dems paying "illegals" to vote. 1/2

We are already at the point where we have NO discretionary $. The less we can buy, the more contracted the economy becomes. If we can't buy stuff, the companies that MAKE stuff will cut production & JOBS, leaving fewer people who can BUY stuff.
Only a Progressive govt can reverse this trend.

This is purposeful.
Keep our wages low & expenses high to deplete our savings.
Without savings - which the pandemic already hit hard, we can't afford to strike for better conditions & jobs become more competitive so they can pay lower & lower wages.
They've never heard of "diminishing returns."👇🏻
@darrenpjones.bsky.social Serious question- why is it always the 'ordinary people' that have to pay a little bit more whenever there's a budget? Do you not think we get squeezed enough? Are you ashamed to be associated with a party that has turned its back on their core voters? One term party, mate
