Our (adopted, now citizen) son is foreign born, Romani, and too blind to drive. He is a cane user, and we are afraid for him to take public transport, so are driving him everywhere, such as to/from his work, but limiting where we go at all. No movies out, no dinners out etc. Merchants lose out.
