Puisque les comparaisons avec la IVe sont de retour, en cas de nouveau blocage du PLF[SS] cette année, rappelons qu'il existe bien une procédure conçue par MM. Debré et de Gaulle pour de pareilles circonstances :
And SSRN for many law and social science related fields.

Although the challenge in a field like law is that a lot of important work is older and predates online platforms like SSRN.

Well here in France it's 1 per 120 citizens or so—around 550 thousand elected local councillors for 68 million people.

But the structure of local government here is fundamentally different and centralised, and we don't have "specialist"/administrative elected offices like municipal clerks.
L'IA pour faire quoi, exactement ?
Art. II § 1, which appears to be invoked to stand for all sorts of unusual authority.

Then there's the appointments clause, violated whether successfully or attemptedly in various different ways (Alina Habba, Elon Musk, unlawfully removing officers).
2nd Amendment, Militia Clause: Illegally federalising the National Guard.

Takings Clause: Plausible that a lot of his private business coercion attempts are in fact takings, without compensation.

Art. I § 8: About half should be highlighted.
I would argue that this is isn't just a bad hunch. It retaliates for protected speech. Generally it's hard to prove such a case since officials don't normally say "we are doing this to you because you are black/gay/saying things we don't like" but here Mr Trump helpfully is trying to do just that.
Ce n'était pas le sujet du concours externe il y a quelques années (avec du pénal justement il me semble) ?
I suppose the argument could be made that only the US Congress but not any of the state legislatures has the power to arrest those outside of its chamber and to detain them in contempt of the legislature. (Whether or not the 10th Amendment changes something however, I don't know).
I can think of one person who will enjoy the use of the word: @design-law.bsky.social.
Sup. Ct. R. 14(1)(a):

"The questions ... expressed ... without unnecessary detail. The questions should be short and should not be argumentative or repetitive."

The question:
What I think the franchise needs is a Grade 6 lawyer (I think that's a GS-14/15 in the US?) as his line manager who gives him reading on New Public Management, procurement, cost benefit analysis, and sends him to IPT and SIAC hearings to get him off her hands.
Nette amélioration d'accessibilité pour le CFJA en revanche. (Je crois avoir lu qu'il sera installé quelque part dans le 7e ?)
The facts of the French case are very similar: two influencers claimed that Mrs Macron is a transgender person, and that she lied about her past to hide that fact.

As far as I can gather (no opinion online) the French court found the claims factually false but that the defamation wasn't actionable.
I should probably add that Mrs Macron caused for a defamation case to be brought here in France, where she lost on appeal (and is seeking certiorari).

The source I've seen suggests several interesting points in the court's reasoning but I can't find a reliable copy of the decision for now.
I *think* it's Triathlon Homes LLP v Stratford Village Development Partnership & Anor [2025] EWCA Civ 846.
The parties' merits* arguments I should say, since an allegation of irreparable harm is supposed to be the governing factor when issuing these stays.

The problem is when these orders, entered by appellate courts and which usually don't come with any reasons, stay in place for months.
In theory an admin stay is supposed to be a short non-merits stay which doesn't analyse the parties' arguments because there's not enough time to do that.

In practice admin stays can end up lasting for weeks or even months for no obvious reason.
Pour l'hymne *national*, qui a vocation à être collectif ?
Le goût récent de l'interprétation de l'hymne national par des solistes*
Ce goût récent des solistes me semble assez curieux.
