FT: 4-1. Superb first 45 goal-rush had impressed #Boro fans gushing about 'Hellball' with a new shape & high-tempo approach, winning all the duels. Scrappy 2nd half & daft pen conceded but never any real danger & well managed. Some great individual displays. Solid first steps under new boss. #UTB

HT: Flipping fantastic four play from fired up #Boro - some excellent stuff in tricky conditions. A good shape & balance, a tenacious high press, intelligent movement, short passing & penetration and a willingness to get a shot off. Some lively individual displays. Brilliant. #UTB

Forgot to say: in the #Boro presser the boss was asked what he'd changed tactically at HT & gave a really detailed, technical answer (the lads will no doubt write it up tomorrow). So refreshing when coaches (usually foreign) actually explain. Carrick/Edwards it'd be: "we changed it a bit." #UTB
