Think Duggan has a lot of promise, but also one of Ramsay's errors in these playoffs was playing him instead of Romero. His whiff led to Seattle's 2nd goal in game 3 and his lack of awareness/hustle led to the assist in SD. Not giving up on Duggan for this, but don't get why Romero wasn't out there.

I totally get and actually endorse Tani’s sale. It was great money to make the team better, and the kid earned his chance to go to Europe.

Very eerie how that SDFC goal looked compared to Austin’s winner in the USOC semi. Both times #MNUFC had a defender give up on a ball to the goal line in a wide space.

I am in Europe for the #MNUFC match, I still got up at 4 AM local time to watch, and I already consider it a loss that I need to listen to Brian Dunseth at this ungodly hour.

My one comment on today’s #COYS debacle is that I think the way the team digs itself out of this is the players march into Frank’s office and tell him to take the shackles off. Yes, there are holes to fill, but also, these players can play better… if given the tactical chance to do so.

I still would argue Game 3 of #MNUFC vs. Seattle was better becuase there were more twists in that match than a Knives Out movie. But this game is a close second. Vancouver's sheer desperation was must-see TV. And whoever wins Monday's game is in the catbird seat, with no CBs left in Vancouver.

I feel like LAFC is going to win anyway but the fact this is going to penalties is almost as embarrassing as Seattle losing that game 3 at Allianz.

Honestly if Cherundolo wasn’t already stepping down after this season he should be fired for these 11 minutes by themselves.

The incredible popularity of women's soccer is fantastic, but I can't help but wonder why @nwslsoccer.com is making two east coast teams and their fans jet to the other side of the country for the final. I see empty seats. I can only imagine what Audi Field would have looked and sounded like. #NWSL

The most significant goal of CONCACAF qualifying tonight was an own goal scored by Guatemala- a team that was already eliminated- on itself when it was winning 3-0 three minutes into stoppage. That goal saved Suriname and put them in the playoff and eliminated BOTH Honduras and Costa Rica.
