The other irritating aspect of this claim is that doctors and Big Pharma don't make much money on vaccinations. The way the system works, medicine makes money on treating diseases, not preventing them. Which is why Big Pharma has to be practically bribed to develop new vaccines, among other things.

When I was a dive guide I used to tell customers ”if you touch any animal or coral underwater either you or it will be hurt. If it doesn’t move away it’s because it’s more dangerous to you than you to it. Oh by the way, there are more stupid divers than pristine corals, so I’m rooting for the coral”
