My friends, if you are local, Naomi is wise. I never vote without reading her advice. This is also good advice.

I have been helping my local school. Twice a day, every school day. Pick a thing you are good at and do it! Turns out, I’m great at bus duty. 30 years of practice, who knew?

Meet Jasper 🐾💙

Our newest foster just arrived this weekend, and we’re already smitten. Jasper is a 6-month-old lab mix who’s still settling in after a big journey from South Carolina to New York, but even with all those changes, his sweet nature is shining through.

"46 people died in-custody, nearly one person a week."

Nearly one person died every week in LA County jail custody last year
Deaths jumped 44% from 2024 to 2025 as Proposition 36 brought an older, sicker population into already crowded facilities the county promised to reform.

The original concentration camps didn't start as death camps. But they did kill a lot of people through neglect, malnutrition, disease, and individual murders.

There's no distinction between this facility and dachau in 1933.

German Jews were citizens of Germany at the start of 1933. By the end of 1933, the Nazis had
removed citizenship from naturalized citizen Jews.

In 1935, all German Jews were fully stripped of their German citizenship.

Citizenship under dictatorships is contingent for targeted minorities.

For those saying “oh but the cabinet are all sycophants.” Yes. We know.

It’s called PRESSURE. You pressure the system until something gives. Micro cracks in the wall until some bricks start to come loose.
The 25th Amendment must be invoked by the cabinet. I’m all for pressuring them. Congressional Dems should lead the charge. Not on Bluesky or Threads. Let’s do it.
Invoke the 25th Amendment.
