Build The Map 🗺️. Baltimore stuff. Some type of bus operations knower
Posts Media Videos Starter Packs
I think you could quantify this.

Like, say you:
- apply a “15-minute city” type rubric to residential properties
- you group nearby homes together into clusters, constrained by proximity
- count up how many clusters there are
- count how many are walkable *to each other*
- score by longest chain
Well, if you’re the type of person that cares about streaming audio quality, you’d probably also enjoy high-quality instrumental versions of your favorite songs!

Can also search YouTube for these, but half the time they were ripped from guitar hero backing tracks in 2009, so YMMV
I think it’s great, although I don’t use it for streaming. I get the highest quality downloads to throw into BandLab’s splitter to isolate the guitar/bass/drums/vocals
Shoutout to our YIMBY firemen for backing @electryandorsey.bsky.social‘s single-stair bill
As an addendum, I think I listed the bills in reverse temporal order
Yes, but they passed the re-written version in a special session immediately after the regularly scheduled one. Why they needed a separate session at 5:30 PM after the 5 PM one is beyond me

Never bet against Baltimore.
Attention: for all you housing lovers along the Northeast Corridor - Baltimore’s City Council just passed single-stair reform AND repealed residential parking minimums AND reduced setback requirements one-after-another this evening

If you cut them in half, sometimes you get to run them more often, and that’s beautiful
Buses and trains
(And don’t give me any nonsense about Medical Loss Ratios)
It’s funny how insurance companies like CareFirst give you the thinnest, flimsiest, and most loseable paper insurance cards possible.

Like, I get that they don’t want you to make any claims, but …come on. Take a little pride in how you present yourselves!
Also, if you need to sue a regional mid-Atlantic commercial enterprise for breach of contract, my dad is your guy. Otherwise, for dealing with ICE, consider finding an immigration attorney ASAP to at least get in the building
If you know someone in similar bind - please reach out to Councilman Mark Parker’s staff. I had first reached out to Councilman Blanchard’s team, and before I could even finish writing the email to Parker, they called me first. 10/10 to both offices
Operational success; my dad volunteered. He doesn’t speak Spanish or practice immigration law, but he came with the right paperwork via an assist from Councilman Parker’s office.

+my dad is simply That Dude, and projects a lawyerly aura that commands the respect of any mid-level fed
Urgent ICE related request to my followers: are there Spanish-speaking attorneys free tomorrow to help get a message/medicine to someone in detention in downtown Baltimore TOMORROW (June 6) morning?

We’ve got an attorney, but he doesn’t speak Spanish. Let me know if you know someone in pinch
The attorney would not be taking on a case - this is just a one-day thing. We’ve already enlisted help from local electeds, but it would be good to have a backup incase they won’t let in an interpreter

It would be funny if their models began to account for the aggressiveness/lack thereof of other companies’ cars. I don’t see why they wouldn’t
The answer as to “why” is basically: the Metro was built in the 80’s, intended to connect with an unbuilt N/S metro line underground at Charles Cntr.

In the 90’s, they built a surface light rail line w/o federal funding, and took the easiest path through downtown, which happened to be Howard St
I consider this a connection, although reasonable people do disagree on this. It’s at least as much of connection as the Chicago Loop has with the Red/Blue lines!

This was a tremendous Memorial Day Weekend in Baltimore. So many events, absolutely perfect weather, and the first Orioles win streak of the season
I know that this price range is on a targeted digital advertisement that will find me soon enough. But I am ON THE website. You can tell me now
Hate when newer apartment buildings don’t list their price ranges on the website.

We both know that you told the bank the exact $ of rental income you expected for this unit when you got financing.

Just give me a range of numbers containing that number. Why the song and dance?
