I remember when they did that arm gesture on the X Factor talent show, if it was going today, he’d be having kittens!

Thanks for the reminder to rewatch it again! ❤️

It’s nice to watch that Tom Holland Umbrella video now, in the midst of all this bullshit the right is pulling about gender, and see him take the whole performance completely seriously. He never plays the gender stuff for laughs.

FWIW, Zendaya is also great in her piece and plays it the same way.

If you are watching the Reform Party controlled Councils with their endless mishaps, resignations, fallouts, scandals, mismanagement and sheer comedic idiocy, but still thinking of making these clowns a national government, representing the UK on the global stage, you are literally insane.

“Screwed up” seems to be doing a lot of heavy lifting there. Sounds more deliberate.

It’s not just ChatGPT, the others can shut down threads on LGBT+ topics.
xma1e.bsky.social
Everyone’s talking about ChatGPT turning into a SexBot.

Whereas, I’d love to just be able to use AI to discuss LGBTQ+ topics without it treating it like a dirty subject.

For an actress, she’s doing a really bad job of faking “I’m sorry” with that laughter!

The thing that gets me about actors responding like this whenever they’re asking about JKR is that they always say “we need to learn to agree to disagree ^_^” as if trans people are the ones leading the campaign, when we’re just trying to live our lives while JKR posts about trans hate 24/7
xma1e.bsky.social
“I’m very sorry” then laughs is the new “middle aged moment”

I heard of the interview, I didn’t realise she was laughing at trans people when she said it.

This is a huge story but massively under the radar in the UK.

A US Christian legal org called the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) is working to roll back abortion rights here using the same playbook it used in the US: briefing politicians, watching, waiting.

"The group has represented clients in the United States who are opposed to abortion, gay and transgender rights and contraception coverage in health care."

Every anti-abortion group is also anti-trans. Period. Support their latter work and you support their former. www.nytimes.com/2025/10/13/w...

To all you patriots (and UK authorities)

Is this not political interference of the most egregious and socially divisive kind?

Boris Johnson, "I tried to get the scientists to say that lockdown was a bad idea"

*they all laugh*

There were 26,000 covid deaths because Boris Johnson ignored scientists and delayed the first lockdown by a week

1/🧵 Is there any information on whether Ciara Watkin plans to appeal the bristling miscarriage of justice that effectively criminalises the sex lives of all trans people in England?

Recorder Peter Makepeace KC‘s misogynistic remarks shocks me.

A young trans girl DIED by her own hand, in part over feelings of desperation that trans healthcare was unobtainable.

And Graham Linehan wrote THIS!!! 😤🤬

Save this and post it in response to journalists writing “trans people ruined my marriage” articles about him in the future!!!

These are absolutely horrifying numbers which also tell a grim, grim story of family courts. I hope, as @drproudman.bsky.social and others have been arguing, they cause family courts to rethink how they approach domestic violence and abuse. www.theguardian.com/society/2025...
Majority of family court cases in England and Wales feature domestic abuse, watchdog says
Commissioner’s review found 87% of cases uncovered physical, psychological or sexual abuse of a family member
