The ACC has 4 teams in the Top 10 and a fifth receiving a first place vote. Iowa State is the only Big 12 school to receive a vote and that person was quoted as saying they're in trouble when Matt Campbell leaves. That's already happened and they immediately hired a good coach

Importantly, this wouldn't have passed without Dem support. There was enough of a split within Republican ranks that if Dems had voted against the bill it would've been doa. Giving Trump a blank check to warmonger *and* passing an anti-trans measure was a choice.
