Pugh (outstanding) is a competitive Michelin starred chef who runs over Garfields broken divorcee in a traumatic meet cute. Tragic romance nicely told & a sense of real chemistry between the leads making this an easy enoyable watch. A fine start to film viewing in 2025. 6

Norwich aerial - a city of rivers, spires & stories.
Built on the River Wensum, it grew rich from weaving, shoes, mustard & engineering.
Today it’s famed for its skyline of medieval churches - more than any city north of the Alps.

Glad Manning has gone. He was a logical and sound appointment in the summer but as with any signing you never know how it will go. Style, belligerence, lack of a plan and poor tactics and in game agility caught up with him. As is the Norwich way it's 3-6 games too late. Does buy knapper time

That defeat is 100% on Manning.

They had targeted Kenny the whole game and so he goes 3 at back, pushes Kenny into a wing back position, and leaves a gaping hole in behind.

Utter shambles. #NCFC

#NCFC lacking in certain positions but with nearly everyone fit, it's a decent squad - not top 6 maybe but certainly not bottom 3.
It all comes down to mentality, organisation & ability to create and take chances while keeping it tight at the back.
All of that is on the head coach & his assistants.

Need to get rid of Manning to stop the rot, then Knapper as can’t risk him with another transfer window, then Webber for gaslighting the fans…
Then a new board please
Then a new owner.
Simple! #ncfc

Matchday! 4th game in 14 days & injuries taking their toll; rarely seeing 40 mins performance a game is taking it toll as we know what's coming. Can we take chances while on top? Will we start with 4 at the back or keep Duffy in? Leicester fans very negative too so it could be a thriller

A win for #NCFC today would be most welcome but would still need to be put in some historical context;
12 points from the first 15 games would be the *2nd worst* start to a Canaries season at this level in the last 30 years.
2007/08 saw a 9 point return. Stayed up.
16 is the current 2nd worst. 🧐

Exactly. But it's the best dressing room
underhits his back pass, falls on arse blames the keeper waving his arms then lays down.
And look how far he plays them onside for the second... Yet he is the answer. Shocking #ncfc

Precisely this.
I do like Talk Norwich City but I am so sick of them referring to Duffy and McLean as leaders. Neither of them have ever shown a shred of leadership. Even off the pitch for the former. #ncfc

Whatever Liam Manning & the #NCFC boys are working on in training this week, I hope they are having a good discussion as to why the first half goal difference so far this season is +2 (8F/6A), while the 2nd half GD is -8 (4F/12A).
That seems like a real important issue right now..

The squad is better than this. I am angry at the players lack of effort for a coach that is alledgedly dressing room popular.. If the players like manning, after the jht debacle, it shows we can't trust their judgement. They have their wish, which seems to be league 1.

Shareholders should have to buy limited liability, like any other insurance. The insurers would then be liable. 🧵

On a bus. Fares across Worcestershire are £1 per journey every weekend in October.

Four seniors boarded. They are loudly complaining. Quote: "They shouldn't do this £1 fare. It's workshy folk getting stuff for free yet again. No-one gives us pensioners anything."

The seniors all used bus passes.
