I don't know if it's a seasonal trend or what but there's been an uptick in orders of Ecliptic Deep Violet.

I think it's bc you all are royalty & it calls to you. Anyway this was in merino/silk so it has a gorgeous sheen. The Black figure of inspiration is from 15thc Bohemian astrological codex. 🧶

I do not play around with the Appalachians, Louisiana bayous, or the waters around Charleston.

Those caves? Those ancient trees & murky depths?

If you’ve ever stood outside in pitch black country dark on a moonless night, you get it.
The Appalachians are OLD there’s definitely some shit we don’t understand lurking around in them mountains

Yes. People are quick to (incorrectly) call everything “respectability politics” to stifle any conversation about etiquette in shared public spaces.

Racism is definitely a huge issue. But also, different shared spaces/events do call for different attire. Two things can be true.
Idk clothing and racism is always an interesting topic because yes they do go hand in hand. However the pendulum can swing too far to the other side and with a lot of these topics, that’s what’s happening. Y’all have a hard time maintaining balance.

I have some loose thoughts about the necessity and limitations of boycotting in this economic landscape. We did a good job teaching Target a lesson. And we should certainly reign in our consumerist habits.

But ALL these corporations despise us.
Can't boycott everything.
What else can we do?

These mega-corporations aren’t on workers’ side and their actions make it painfully clear.
