Question: But the president’s statements that he believed the election was rife with fraud—those are statements protected by the First Amendment, correct?

Smith: Absolutely not. If they are made to target a lawful government function and are made with knowing falsity, then no, they are not.

They are running out of ways to protect Trump
So, they just aren’t releasing any more Epstein files and hope we don’t notice?

Is that the game?

Dumb.

Remember Putin steals Ukrainian children
Trump says, Putin said he wants Ukraine to succeed. ALL WHILE HE MURDERS MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN UKRAINE.
That is the one of the most RIDICULOUS statements I've ever heard. Trump is a BUFFOON.
Jack Smith: I believe we had proof beyond a reasonable doubt in both cases.

For me it was Pride and Prejudice
Aaaand my favorite book I read this year was Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë!

I feel a bit behind reading through a lot of classics for the first time at 35, but this one really surprised me. I thought it would feel outdated and slow but that wasn’t the case for me at all. Wish I had read it sooner!

Trump has harsher words for the Governor of Colorado than he does Vladimir Putin. That is because Donald and his idiotic family have been owned by the Russian mob for decades and YES they know ALL about his sordid history with Jeffrey Epstein. Stop him in 2026, USA.
She’s exactly where she deserves to be, but how wild is it that the President of the United States is wishing citizens the worst and wants them to rot in hell?

Wild times, folks…
