But all the things that DID shift the scales, Civil Rights, Women's Suffrage, legalizing Gay Marriage, etc., these things required ENDLESS activation by groups of people who were committed to such a degree it is inspiring. More of us need to start seeing our place in the world that way.

We also need to be better at telling the longer stories. The ones that don’t end. The ones where we bend the universe towards justice and that it’s not some inherently accepted byproduct of being a human being.
