Flying cars are the perfect example of a point solution: trying to solve a systemic problem (traffic) with an individual product (fly over the traffic).

But traffic is not a technology problem; it's a social problem. Remote work, congestion fees, and dense transit-connected housing solve it better.

Can't speak for anyone else, but I feel seen by this piece. It's a relief to see things I have struggled with reflected and be able to have a chuckle at them.

I also have a friend with ocd I plan to share this with later.

Kinda seems like if voluntary services are struggling to get funds and support while these sites are not, then it's not about providing care at all.
