Like in the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, DHS might have gotten away with its false claims about Martinez were it not for the video evidence that contradicted its account.
DHS shot her and called her a “terrorist.” New videos show something different.
"It’s time to get aggressive," a Border Patrol agent said shortly before Marimar Martinez was shot five times.

Sounds like some people at the FAA saved a lot of lives today.
Calling for a ten-day closure was astute. It meant this incident was not going to be swept under the rug.

This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paul—an hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.

Not only are they removing non-criminals, they’ve also decided to review the interviews of 10s of 1000s of refugees who are *already legally* in the country. The review process is meant to deport as many as possible.

Trump/Miller cannot meet their own target numbers, so they are getting creative
That Trump/Miller prioritize sheer numbers of removals over all else is demonstrable. They're shifting massive law enforcement resources *away* from serious crimes and into removing non-criminals. To them, ethnic reengineering > public safety and high jobs numbers.
