My cat will chomp leaves and dirt and has even bit pieces of litter (which he immediately regretted) but he somehow has a refined palette for Thanksgiving turkey. I know I did a good job when he doesn't leave us alone at dinner; if he naps, I messed up the bird.

Went to the WW2 Museum in New Orleans on Sunday. Incredible space, and the D-Day exhibit really shows the level of sacrifice (and the astounding amount of grit, boldness and luck) that went into taking down the Nazis.
