Kash is wrong. According to some of the criminal cases already charged, other-state Guard are operating under their governor's authority. These were WV officers, far from home.
Keystone Kash blows it again: The perpetrator that he’s going to use all available resources to track down in the DC guardsman shooting is already in the hospital. Idiot.

So…Noem is going to prison for quite a long time, for many reasons, leading off with this:
The first official confirmation that Noem herself made the decision not to turn the planes around. A couple hundred men were tortured as a result — and soon after, the Supreme Court confirmed that the Trump admin’s Alien Enemies Act process was a total violation of due process.
BREAKING:

“After receiving that legal advice, Secretary Noem directed that the AEA detainees who had been removed from the United States before the Court’s order could be transferred to the custody of El Salvador. “

Shocked to discover that Sara Nelson is spending her lame duck period on the council going on conservative talk radio to frame budget legalization that she had ample time to amend as Council President as being "rammed down our throats in one budget session."

In 1978, immigrant workers and unions stopped an immigration raid at the Sbicca shoe factory in East Los Angeles, setting a major legal precedent and showing how labor solidarity can defend against deportations.

True story: I once saw a UPS driver taunting a FedEx driver for running with a heavy package, telling him he wouldn't have to risk injury rushing like that if he was in a union.
A new Harvard study—the first large-scale comparison of Amazon, UPS & FedEx drivers—shows what worker power really means:

🔴 Amazon: ~$19/hr, no raises, high turnover.
🟢 UPS (union): ~$35/hr, steady wage growth, long careers.

Same job. Different power.
