This is especially key because we know that the January 6th seditionists, like all Trumpists are prone to crimes like sexually abusing children, and spousal abuse. They are, of course, setting the stage for allowing January 6th seditionists to be able to legally sexually assault children.
This is an important new line being crossed. Trump isn't just pardoning the act of attempting to overthrow the government on January 6: he's pardoning *those people* for committing crimes generally. He may be creating a group of (federally) legally untouchable people.

When I got caught in the U.S. at SeaTac during Trump's whole "ban middle eastern people from coming to the US" in 2017, and finally made it back to Canadian customs, the customs guy was like, "You look freaked out, do you want a hug?"

NEW—Earlier this evening agents from ICE/other fed agencies were outside Rhode Island Ave metro in DC asking people exiting the station for their IDs, per someone who experienced it. When the person presented their Real ID license, an agent said that wasn't sufficient. Luckily they had secondary ID.

Quickbooks is one of the worst products I've used ever. Not because it doesn't do what I need it to do... Its because they keep fucking with how it does it. Today I sent a round of invoices, as I do every 1st of the month, and noticed that AI was changing the templated messages I send.
