ICE lied about the person it shot, claiming he was a "criminal," but NBC finds that he had no criminal history whatsoever. Not even traffic tickets in 12 years! It also lied about the extent of the injuries to its agents....

Sure we know about non-excepted (furloughed) and excepted (working without pay), but did you know about intermittent excepted?

This hell of its own means at any moment the worker could be called in to work without pay. So, not much flexibility and lots of sitting and waiting around.
