Not to be that guy but the democrats should have had the foresight to see this coming when Obama did this exact same thing (including to US citizens!) and they did nothing. It’s not as if they weren’t warned by the ACLU and many others! Bipartisan “war on terror” foolishness delivered this.

Schiff: "If a president in secret can put names on a list and kill them, then there is no war power still retained by Congress, and there's no check on an executive who may drag us into another war."

Bray is a historian at Rutgers who received death threats after landing on Turning Points USA's Professor Watchlist. As a result, he announced he was moving to Europe. And then this happened.

This kind of harassment and abuse of scholars is Charlie Kirk's legacy and it's only getting worse.

“Someone” cancelled my family’s flight out of the country at the last second.

We got our boarding passes. We checked our bags. Went through security. Then at our gate our reservation ‘disappeared.’

Trump (1) reveals he doesn't know what habeas corpus is and (2) punts to Noem, who famously revealed her own ignorance at a Senate hearing when she defined habeas corpus as "a constitutional right that the president has to be able to remove people from this country."

Q: Have you given any more thought to possibly suspending habeas corpus?

TRUMP: Suspending who?

Q: Habeas corpus

TRUMP: I don't know. I'd rather leave that to Kristi.

Trump has been illegally bombing boats off the coast of Venezuela.

Tim Kaine and Adam Schiff forced a vote on reasserting Congress's role over war powers and ending this reckless
warmongering.

It failed 48-51.

Murkowski and Paul voted yes.

Fetterman voted no.

I watched that video a few times and I think what happened was when Stephen Miller said the phrase “the President has plenary authority” on the grounds of the White House the vengeful spirits of James Madison and Thomas Jefferson possessed him and forced him to see the exact moment of his death.

No protest from 6am to 9am in the Broadview free speech zone.

Just here with a handful of press waiting to see if we can catch the Texas National Guard arriving in Broadview tonight.

If you look at the sheer insanity of what government officials and agencies openly post on XShitter, it becomes abundantly obvious how much the press is complicit. If Dems did even a fraction of this poasting it would be saturated in news coverage.

More propaganda with painfully normal people zip-tied at the side of the road please, this will for sure convince the American people that you're the good guys

Also it sucks that you basically just regurgitate Gorsuch’s questions without giving any space to the liberal’s line of questioning. For those that care this write up was solid.

And now your argument is that we have to let the conservatives construct this alternate reality where up is down for the sake of some hypothetical alternate reality where SCOTUS didn’t just already rule that trans people are second class citizens? What are we doing here?
anarchakelly.bsky.social
Now they’re trying to have their cake and eat it too. The state can intervene and stop GAC talk therapy but not “conversion” talk therapy?

Complete and utter nonsense. And their argument is that “speech is not conduct.” Can we at least acknowledge that that argument sucks?
anarchakelly.bsky.social
Wrong. They discussed this in the arguments today. They’re constructing, with the help of the Alliance Defending Freedom, a one way street where freedom of speech only applies to conservatives.

They JUST ruled in Skrmetti the states can ban GAC. That’s already the law!

My gosh. After the US bombed multiple boats in the middle of the ocean, murdering people on grounds that they were allegedly "carrying drugs," the US Attorney General says "Just like we did with cartels, we're going to take the same approach, President Trump, with Antifa."

I explain how the Trump administration is increasing "assaults" on its agents by engaging in racial profiling and illegal arrests of US citizens. If ICE cared about officer safety, it'd return to ICE policies that protected officers & Americans! www.msnbc.com/opinion/msnb...

Posobiec isn't a nazi in some generic rhetorical sense of having fascistic impulses or simply being far-right. He is a full-blown Hitler-loving Jew-hating mask-off literal capital-N Nazi, with a longstanding public record to match.
