Just thinking out loud here, if the fine imposed by TX SB 8 is against government departments and state agencies instead of individuals and there are no criminal penalties, then what is stopping individuals from maliciously breaking the law against bad state agencies or departments?Prometheus absent

But then it turned out the actual story was quite a bit more complicated and the stock price dropped for reasons totally independent of the Medicaid cuts in the bill. And so…we just decided there wasn’t enough there there to do the story. Always an option!
