Has it ever occurred to Americans to just eat something other than eggs?

Some health news from me, delivered by Partridge. Usual advice to get any lumps or changes checked out, and a shout out to NHS Forth Valley for their care so far. A journey ahead but I'm expected to make a full recovery.

Kudos to anyone who can ice a cake with buttercream without a) making it look like a horrible accident, and b) consuming approximately 40,000 calories worth of buttercream.

The Celtic back 4 today has a real 'you let Dougal do a funeral?!' energy.

Remembering the time a male colleague got me in the work secret Santa and delegated the task of buying me a small gift to a junior female member of staff because he was clearly too busy and important and now he's a headteacher OH GOD THAT'S HOW THEY DO IT!

I spent hours in her as a teenager ❤️
It's great to see the old Tower Records building on Argyle Street in Glasgow at least partially back in use. Designed by James Thomson as a Venetian style warehouse, it was built in 1863.

Loving this You Bet reboot for showcasing the kind of pathological nerdiness that made the original so good.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know which one of V, Vg, or Ve on a menu means vegan.

Jeez I'd forgotten about (repressed?) this.
Watching what happens when voters believe mouthy TV presenters can fix what’s wrong with our country “not politicians”, just confirms my belief that we split into our dark timeline with the release of Noel’s HQ.

Here’s a clip comp from various of our Wipe shows c2009.

I don't care how brazen this is: if this gets 20 reposts I'll post about one of the greatest tasks of my Taskmaster series, which would be talked about today as much as the trouser theft/texting/song etc, but which was NEVER BROADCAST ON THE SHOW. Or 10, whatever. I'd probably do it for 1.

When my son got his autism diagnosis, M*sk was one of the examples used of 'successful autistic people you can look up to'. Thanks, now my boy thinks he can grow up to be a cunt.

Nice > everyday > 'gym' > the New Order tour t-shirt I keep for sentimental reasons even though I can't bear the feel of it on.
I have a drawer of good t-shirts and a drawer of scruffy t-shirts. Whenever I buy a new good t-shirt, I need to relegate one of the others into the scruffy drawer. I've had to make some truly heart breaking decisions over the years.
