Don't forget that Zohran Mamdani spent his entire campaign standing proudly beside the trans community. He went to trans rights rallies just to show support. He proudly waved trans rights flags without hesitation. He refused to back down in support of trans rights. That makes me happy.

Well done, Kendra! This is what courage looks like! I protested safely with tens of thousands in San Diego, and never had to worry about being threatened/harmed. This image inspires me as much (if not more) than the ones from major cities. I hope someone else is brave enough to join her next time.
Hero’s of the day - In a small town of Beckley, WV, Kendra Sullivan staged a one-woman No Kings protest. She was confronted, had the police called on her, but stood her ground. She was physically threatened. Police came more than once and protected her right to protest. This is how we do it.
