First time cooking the turkey (19 lbs!) on the Joetisserie. Brined it overnight and the hardest part was balancing it on the motorized spit. The lack of clean up on a roasting pan has convinced Craig this is the way to go. Took us about two and a half hours to get to done. Many compliments!
