Indeed. Combined left/ilberal/Remain bloc in London much larger than the right/nationalist/Leave bloc. And London's overall demographics are v Reform unfriendly (lots and lots of graduates, young voters, ethnic minorities etc).
Nigel Farage is talking up Reform's chances of winning the next London mayoral election. But the fact that Labour are restoring the supplementary vote system for mayoral elections makes it pretty unlikely this would happen, I would have thought.

The debate on immigration has become so toxic that we are in danger of not being able to talk about it at all - we need to change that because otherwise we could make the situation worse for all concerned. However hard it is, I won’t stop trying to change the conversation. If you agree please share.

Lucky to get out alive from what I've read on threads.

No, #cantpaywontpay. My bill is 30% higher even after the government bailout with taxpayers money. Why should I pay twice. I'm withholding the waste water part of the charge - maintaing they are not delivering this safely or responsibly. #makepolluterspay
Does this seem fair to you?

⚡️ SHOCKING! Chris Bryant’s huge Brexit admission:

🫨16,000 fewer 🇬🇧 biz exporters after Brexit. Brexit crippled 🇬🇧 biz

That’s why
France/Germany are outperforming 🇬🇧
👉growth is weaker
👉wages are under pressure

Brexit used sovereignty as bait to deliver self-harm which benefits Russian 🇷🇺 aggression.

Remember how they said we needed Brexit to save our fishing fleet?

The number of fishing boats operating out of Hastings has decreased from 60 in 2016 to 16 today.

Brilliant!

The fact is no presenter has ever had to leave the BBC for expressing conservative views, or even explicitly endorsing a right-wing party.

Lineker & now Ince. Even for those not paying attention it should now be obvious that the sort of people who whine loudest about “cancel culture” are the ones doing the cancelling.

The far right’s commitment to “freedom of speech” is an authoritarian joke & the BBC has disgraced itself.

This reminded me of one of our first trips to Iceland in 2011. We visited the Library of Water where they have books about all of Iceland's glaciers. But the true stars of the show were the columns of water throughout the library, each one comprised of melted ice from each of Iceland's glaciers. 🧪
