We adopted a 4 yr old cat from the Humane society last Saturday. She's so sweet. She's slowly exploring the house and is very inquisitive: I was vacuuming and she ran _into_ the room I was in to see what was going on.
Anyhow, we've named her Catherine the Great so we can call her Cat.

-two apple pies (ginger/cinnamon)
-one pecan pie, and a "pecanless pie" (at my children's request)
-and the traditional cinnamon/sugar pie crust cookie from the leftover pie crust dough.
