I'm dumb. I can't figure out how to end world hunger. But I do promise that I will continue to change healthcare in this country and make it more affordable, possibly setting a path towards Universal Healthcare.

Shipped a few optimizations and now Discover is serving 1100 requests per second using 5 cpu cores and ~50GB of ram. Can definitely still do better but thats feeling pretty cozy.
Next step is to optimize the stuff I disabled and try to get that back in the mix, but maybe i'll wait until monday...
