Anybody who has been impacted by the Arsenal game change can you send me a DM? Would love some examples to demonstrate the PL 's contempt for real fans.

Just bin off EPL involvement in the EFL Cup, make it a competition for the 72 only. Nobody would be arsed.
8pm Saturday before Christmas is particularly egregious, fans have family and social lives even if they don'twork in hospitality or events. Horrendous.

So I was due to work on the Sunday before Christmas with Saturday off. Arsenal game got moved so I swapped days thanks to an amenable employer. Now they've moved it back again and I can't watch as I won't be home before ten anyway.
What is the fucking point, fuck off

UK politics live – latest updates
Decades-old racism is returning to British politics, and “it makes people feel very scared” Keir Starmer has said, warning that divisive hard-right politics was “tearing our country apart”.
Speaking to GP and TV personality Amir Khan, the prime minister accused Nigel Farage’s Reform UK of overseeing a return of the racist and divisive politics “that frankly I thought we had dealt with decades ago”. Continue reading...

HMP Wandsworth gets ‘green light’ to use AI after team sent in to find ‘quick fixes’ after spate of mistakes
Artificial intelligence chatbots could be used to stop prisoners from being mistakenly released from jail, a justice minister told the House of Lords on Monday.
Lord Timpson said HMP Wandsworth had been given the “green light” to use artificial intelligence (AI) after a specialised team was sent in to find “some quick fixes”. Continue reading...

Great example of a newspaper doing LFC's PR for them. As well as giving it headline status at the top of the page, using words like "bewildered" rather than just "disagree" or "they're trying it on in order to ensure future decisions go their way"

While I'm disappointed that Iliman Ndiaye didn't do an impersonation of a cat after scoring against Sunderland last week, I think we should all be praying that he continues to not score against Fulham

Almost as though teams that win the league because nobody else was arsed to turn up actually aren't that good when they have competition
The RS are the worst ‘reigning champions’ since Leicester City.😭

Jesus F Christ. I will never stop being grateful that my grandfathers both died long before this kind of crass shite became commonplace and never saw how their generation's experiences had been cheapened by performative remembrance from complete fucking idiots
I thought this was photoshopped but no, oh no indeed. Someone spray painted a goat for last year's #Respectival.

A vile carousel of people giving each other awards for being tediously overcommitted to their jobs and the same people posting yet another ChatGPT produced screed about work bollocks. I hate it
Every now and again people I've met at a work thing will say "I'll connect with you on LinkedIn" and I remember this a month later and log on and the whole interface is a bewildering mess of self-congratulatory nonsense and so I log off again and decide I'm happier missing out.
