Our civilization is not ready for AI. in any capacity. We do not have the energy suport, the environmental checks, the moral and ethical regulations. We have none of the groundwork. Feels like we jumped to a node in a tech tree without the pre-reqs. People are going literally actually insane from it

Few things upset my brain that needs music to function to know I sat down and swapped devices to my computer, and put my headphones SOMEWHERE. Only to spend an hour upset and unable to find them knowing I wont be able to sleep unless I do.

E33 removed them. Larian is being forced to use them currently and actively.
These aren't equivalent. Both are bad, both aren't morally good, but they aren't the fucking same.

Yeah e33 used ai for "placeholder" images but still shipped the game with them in it and quietly patched them out later after people found out.
I think people ignore it because it's a good game, which like, no? Ai isn't suddenly ok because it's from something you like?
