I personally believe if we want to try and dress up using AI gen to "speed up production" as if that is the real concern, we should instead be more okay with reusing already existing assets made by actual humans, rather than generating from a pool of stolen assets at a massive energy cost

Something I think a lot about is how most of the horrors of the 20th century--Japanese internment, eugenics, segregation--were permitted under the same Constitution we're living under now
