The independent central bank is a historical and fairly recent development. If we see it under attack today, I think we should consider the possibility that the it no longer serves the political interests it once did (or that those interests are no longer as dominant.)

La excusa que se dio para dar carta blanca a las tecnológicas es que eran meros canales y por tanto no podían estar sujetos a la misma legislación y asumir la misma responsabilidad sobre los contenidos que los medios tradicionales. Siempre fue muy cuestionable. Hoy es historia antigua.
Esto es básico y creo que alguna gente no está pensando en ello con calma. No es que X no esté moderando el contenido pornográfico infantil y no consentido. Es que la propia empresa lo está produciendo, durante semanas. Cada día que pasa sin que se haga algo es una catástrofe moral y regulatoria.
