An industry is 100% white: nothing to see here

An industry becomes 99% white: grab the rocket launchers, file the lawsuits, make up the imaginary white men who are being discriminated against otherwise we will all die

Israel dictates the pace of Gaza’s decay. This is not a failure of the ceasefire-that-is-not-a-ceasefire. It is its essence.
Two months on, ceasefire feels like siege
For most families, “returning home” means pitching tents beside the ruins of their houses.

Well, genius, a President is a politician.
The fact you trust a pathologically lying, narcissistic, sociopath tells me a great deal about your poor choices.

Well there's a turning point happening right now! KOSA is slowly losing support, state courts are blocking and banning age verification bills, and the commisioner from the EU is helping fight against chat control in parliment. So we keep figthing and maybe this orwellion nightmare will be over soon!

The internet should be free for everyone, but these bills like KOSA and the SCREEN Act are saying the opposite. Maybe if this country had listened to us and oppose SESTA/FOSTA, or if parents just do their job to make proper decisions with their kids' phones, we wouldn't be in this dystopian reality.
Even though we work on KOSA everyday, we didn’t know what bills would be in last weeks’ markup until 48 hours before the hearing.

This is the strategy- ram bills through before the public has had time to know what’s going on.

But you can always count on us to sound the alarm 🚨

Everyone panicking about KOSA again should take it from me, the guy with actual panic disorder:

The bill has been seriously neutered since its introduction and the really awful consequential parts are gone. It’s relatively toothless at this point. It no longer says websites have any-

People need to quit doom posting about kosa and do something about it.
Kosa has been defeated multiple times. States are starting to block kosa like bills and removing verification laws due to blacklash.
If we keep making a fuss, they can't control us.

one of the things that pisses me off about the kosa bill is that we, somehow, are the ones expected to police people's children. maybe parents should do that. call your reps. kosa is NOT good for the internet.

Straight up, both the Republicans and Democrats know their case doesn't want KOSA and every time it goes up, there are a lot of enthusiastic Democrat participants. Fucking Elizabeth Warren, former progressive darling, co-signed it.

We've shouted at them over and over to stop it. Here it is. AGAIN.

I'm just very tired of being told to call my shithead representatives who love doing terrible things and won't be stopped (I've written letters and called them before), until the next time where they just do it again. Over and over. How many times do we have to do it? Until they get what they want.

We can have both free speech and parental rights (something that bills like KOSA and SCREEN Act would deny us of). Keep fighting, keep calling your reps, and we can beat these censorship bills. #stopageverification #stoponlineidchecks

I hate how calling and emailing reps does make a difference, but it still feels like shouting into a void. I remain optimistic that there will be insane pushback against KOSA and repealing section 230 mostly because multibillionaire social media sites probably don't wanna deal with the cost of it.

As it's been pointed out, age verification laws getting permablocked in Louisiana, Arkansas and Ohio directly contradicts the narrative that KOSA et al is popular, which its congressional supporters are desperately claiming

If we push it could unravel completely, but we all *have* to keep pushing

I really want to emphasize that this is a winnable fight, but everyone has to chip in in order to do so! Please dont sit it out expecting others to stand in your place!

And dont ignore local/state level stuff! As these state laws get overturned, the narrative behind the Fed ones lose steam!

Netchoice won their legal battle against Age verification in louisiana! This follows similar rulings in AK and OH!

This is huge!

These laws can be stopped, they can be overturned. Do not give in to dooming! Keep calling your reps and support orgs that fight these laws in court!

Things like this always depend on people sitting down and complying before even questioning it. if you can call your Reps to say you dont support the incredibly invasive Age Verification KOSA crap, DO IT. even if you think its hopeless, better to try and possibly win than not and definitely lose
