Abrego Garcia coming home feels like the point where we can say Trump’s revolution failed. He’s screwed up a lot of stuff and things could still get pretty hellish. But they’re not going to sweep away the American government and replace it with a dictatorship, at least without a lot of fights

Allowing racial profiling to be used to justify law enforcement stops just allows fascist ICE thugs to legally harass, discriminate against and abuse people who don't look white. It violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment and is unconstitutional, not a minor inconvenience.
