Oh, joy. Inleder året med att inse, att jag har en medicinsk grej jag verkligen behöver ta tag i.
Har problem att svälja. Jag tar 7 till 10 tabletter/dag. Så är det är allt annat än optimalt.
Sökte för det i nov/dec 2024. Och det har bara blivit värre sen dess. Senaste dagarna riktigt illa 😬

Det har bara gått nån månad sen jag köpte min riskokare. Ett fantastiskt köp! Borde ha tagit tag i det för evigheter sen. Tog ett par veckor innan jag började använda den. Men nu äter jag varm mat nästan varje dag 😊

I'm old enough to remember when smoking around others was socially acceptable, in restaurants, bars, workplaces etc. Secondhand smoke was everywhere.

"People who mask are immunocompromised and vulnerable" is also wrong. I mask because I *don't want to be* immunocompromised. It's true that many people who mask do so because it's their only defense. It's also true that some of us mask because we're aware of the risks to otherwise healthy people.
