I can't* fathom why the top picture, and not the bottom picture, is the standard diagram for an autoencoder.

The whole idea of an autoencoder is that you complete a round trip and seek cycle consistency—why lay out the network linearly?

Si on supprimait la CSG payée par les retraités et qu'en même temps on baissait les retraites du même montant, Rien n'aurait changé mais on pourrait dire "on a baissé le taux de prélèvement obligatoire de 0,75 point de PIB" et le niveau de dépense d'autant.

#Salaires | En 2023, le salaire net moyen dans la fonction publique de l'État est de 2 886 € par mois en équivalent temps plein. Compte tenu du contexte de forte inflation (4,9 % en 2023), il baisse de nouveau en euros constants (-0,4 %).

En 2023, un agent de la fonction publique de l’État (FPE) perçoit en moyenne 2 886 euros nets par mois en équivalent temps plein (EQTP) ; cette moyenne prend en compte tous les agents civils des ministères et des établissements publics, fonctionnaires ou non. En euros courants, ce salaire net moyen augmente de 4,4 % par rapport à 2022. Compte tenu du contexte de forte inflation (+4,9 % en 2023 après +5,2 % en 2022), le salaire net moyen en euros constants diminue de nouveau (-0,4 % après -2,2 %).
Au sein de la FPE, le salaire net moyen des fonctionnaires diminue de 0,2 % en euros constants.
La baisse est particulièrement marquée pour les fonctionnaires de catégorie B (-1,7 %), qui bénéficient moins de mesures de revalorisation indemnitaire spécifiques. Le salaire net moyen des fonctionnaires de catégorie A est presque stable (-0,1 %),celui des fonctionnaires de catégorie C et celui des non-fonctionnaires sont stables.
