After discussing this further with the Ministry of Health via direct email, they've confirmed that "this matter is within the Ministry's purview" and have reversed the transfer.
If you recall the 2024 OIA that was asking for audit findings from Te Whatu Ora on ManageMyHealth, Te Whatu Ora said they were aware of MoH having done reviews but didn't have access.

I filed an OIA with MoH who just said they're transferring it back to Te Whatu Ora 🤦

Back in April 2024, an OIA was submitted to the Office of Dr Shane Reti querying about any "audit findings, documents, and emails pertaining to the security of Medtech and ManageMyHealth". This reque...

In the Icelandic summer, we have near 24 hour daylight, enabling non stop play if we wish. Thus, the 4th Ashes Test could actually have been finished in half a day of play.

People should slip, slop, slap and wrap. Not me tho
One in four young New Zealanders were sunburnt last summer - too many are still treating the UV index like a tanning guide rather than a health warning.

Latham and Conway are actually the first opening batters who both scored centuries in both innings of ANY first-class match.

The closest to a previous instance also took place in New Zealand: Bert Sutcliffe (141 & 135) and Don Taylor (99 & 143) for Auckland v Canterbury at Auckland in January 1949.
Tom Latham (137 & 101) & Devon Conway (227 & 100) are the first opening batters to score centuries in both innings of a Test match. Additionally, Conway is the 10th batter in Test history to score a double hundred & a ton in the same Test match. Well done. #cricketcounts #NZvWI

Superb T20I, that. Looked like the Windies were going to humiliate NZ, then Mitchell Santner played one of the knocks of his life—but couldn’t quite do it! Romario Shepherd’s fours off the last two balls of the Windies’ innings were all the difference in the end. Well deserved win for the visitors!

financial fucked, pissed off teenagers wouldn't do anything drastic right?
Since the election, there are 37,243 fewer 15-19 year olds in filled jobs. The jobs market for young people is as bad - if not worse - than the GFC. So adding 6% to the cost of tuition fees and halving apprenticeship boost support makes life even harder. Brilliant work National.
