As someone that worked a call center for a large company in the past I can say this is effective. The call center contracts are very specific about performance. Unresolved calls and calls from irate callers matter. It actually gets to high levels pretty fast. Keep going!

Capitalism is crashing tf out. In 2025 it hates products, hates services, hates competently providing them, and absolutely hates the people who buy them. If a for-profit company could get the government to directly take money from people and give it to them they’d prefer that instead.
