Some days it's hard to muster the #verve to do even the most basic tasks. Despite medication, regular exercise, and daily affirmations, depression still raises its head and makes itself known. I've come to wonder if it isn't just a comfortable habit.

and made a move,
overcoming my nerves.

He has not realized it sooner. He has met a vibrant Luke this morning. They have talked. They have met again this evening. Luke has seemed hollow within. He remembers similar incidents. He sucks the #verve of people around him. Irony is that he himself is always depressed.
