NIGHT PATROL is out this weekend.
As my first published review, it pains me somewhat that it has to be negative, but that's how the cookie crumbles sometimes.

First time watching LEGEND OF THE WOLF tonight and what a machine gun of pure Donnie Yen this was. Those fights are like getting visually mag dumped. At points this feels down right experimental in how the action is being shot. I kinda loved the shit out of this.

Quite possibly the best pure traditional martial arts movie of the past few years. Solid story, engaging characters and a focus on showing traditional kung fu in a new and satisfying way. Filled with amazingly choreographed fights and slick fluid animation. An absolute delight!

Criminally underrated Yuen Biao action comedy under solid direction by Brandy Yuen and action courtesy of the Yuen Clan. Nothing terribly deep story wise and some of the humor falls flat but an absolute blast with some solid martial arts and amazingly over the top soccer action!
