I don't understand how we are still stigmatizing people for wearing masks during respiratory virus season in 2025. Really, people?

Guten Morgen Zusammen,

The “tired” you feel when chronically ill is very different than a healthy person’s version of “tired”.

A healthy person can take a nap and feel 100%.

They can have a coffee and perk up.

We are tired 24/7. Sleep doesn’t fix it. Rest doesn’t fix it. It’s soul destroying.

We are experiencing a more severe than usual flu season and COVID rates are starting to rise. If you want to reduce your chances of getting sick, one of the most effective things you can do is wear a high quality mask. 🤫

There are A LOT of things I wish people truly grasped regarding Covid-19, but 2 biggies for me are:

1. The concept and reality of asymptomatic infection

2. The critical importance and necessity of wearing a respirator mask in all situations of potential contagion
