I left the apartment!... of my own volition!... in inclement weather!... and walked 1.5km!
However, NO, the *walk* did not "do me good".
It was exhausting and anxiety-inducing.

I'm increasingly convinced that social media can't really be saved. I think it becomes a feedback loop for polarization. But as long as we're here, I think everybody should really focus more on trying to talk to each other rather than dunking/denouncing/calling out/etc. But, hey, that's just me.

So many companies only send a code from an unknown number... who knows if someone is trying to break into my stuff, or if it's just some weird spam....
It's making me anxious.
